In 1955, following the tradition started by its family at the end of 1800, Enzo Gnerre founded in Naples the Tari Spa tanning.

Chicco Gnerre, representing the fifth generation of the family operating in the leather production, is today in charge of the company.

The idea underlying Tari activities is the importance of the association between the artisan tradition and modern technologies in leather tanning. As a result Tari is a tanning company unique of its kind.
